Location

Tuscan Ridge is a premier subdivision (community) located just minutes from Orlando’s major theme parks and attractions, and is within easy reach of stores, bars and a host of local eateries. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly, and is renowned for it’s well designed and eye catching layout. And with the community tennis courts and several championship golf courses just a stones throw away, it’s also a wonderful location for the sportier traveller. A few attractions close by are:-

St. Petersburg Beach: 90 minutes

If you need provisions during your stay, the local gas station which is a two minute drive away, has basic items such as milk, beer, bread, fruit, vegetables and makes and sells pizzas and fried chicken. An ATM machine and video rental is also available.
There are two 'Publix' supermarkets within a five minute drive, and two Wall-Marts are ten minutes away.

"Our villa is located at 'Tuscan Ridge' on Highway 27 south of the 192,
it's 5 minutes from junction 55, Interstate 4."

Directions to the Villa from Orlando International airport

Choose the north exit from Orlando international airport to enter 528 (west), follow this road 528 towards Orlando

After passing through two tolls, chose the left lane to enter I-4 and take the sign to go west

Keep on the I-4, the US version of our motorway/dual carriage way to exit 55 and enter highway 27 (north)

After 3 miles you will find Tuscan Ridge on your left

Here is a shortcut for the more adventurous!

Exit 58 on the I-4, this leads you through Champions Gate to route 54 where you turn right and continue for approximately 1 mile to the junction for highway 27 (Walgreens on the corner). Turn right onto highway 27 and look for Tuscan Ridge on your left.

Directions to the Villa from Orlando Sandford International airport

Exit the dollar rental car park and turn right, follow this road for about 1 mile.

At the next junction the road should say 'Lake Mary boulevard' turn right here, follow this road for about 2 miles, you will see some traffic lights and a large over-bridge with signs for I-4 and 417 toll road.

As you approach the bridge get in the left hand lane and turn left, go straight ahead at the lights and you will be on the 417 south to Orlando, follow this road to the very end where it joins the I-4.

Take the first exit signposted Kissimmee, exit here at 58 which will lead you through Champions Gate at the T junction turn right on to 54 and follow this for 1 mile and turn right at the Walgreen’s on the US27.

Tuscan Ridge is 400 yards on your left. Throughout this journey you will need about $6.50 for the tolls on the SR 417
