I know the deposit is 20% of total booking fee, but when do I need to pay the balance?
The full balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa.

How do I pay the deposit/balance?
The deposit and balance can be paid by cheque/check (made payable to M. Eden), wire transfer, or Paypal. If you want to pay by wire transfer or paypal, let me know and I will send details. Our American guests can send their checks to an address in Florida.

Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is a security deposit of $250 / £150 ,which is added to the balance. This covers items that are broken, stolen, or damaged. If the villa is left in an exceptionally bad state of cleanliness, such stains on carpets, marks on walls etc. then extra cleaning charges will be deducted. Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days of you leaving the villa as long as our management company are satisfied that no damage has taken place.

How many people can stay in the villa?
The Villa has 4 Bedrooms, but can sleep 10; Master 1 sleeps 2, Master 2 sleeps 2, Bedroom 3 sleeps 2, Bedroom 4 sleeps 2, and both the family Room and lounge have sofa beds, each sleeping 2. If you require a cot or crib our management company would be pleased to arrange the hire on your behalf.

What services are provided?
The Villa is cleaned by our management company's cleaning team prior to your arrival, The pool is cleaned and checked weekly and the garden looked at weekly also. Our management company is on hand and are always happy to help, you can contact them via the local telephone number. The Villa is also fully equipped with all your likely holiday requirements such as bed linen, towels, pool towels etc and an initial supply of kitchen roll, toilet rolls and soap is provided.

Is the pool heated/Does the pool need to be heated?
The pool can be heated for an additional cost, see our booking form for the cost. The pool will be heated for a set number of hours per day, The pool heats to around 85 F. We recommend pool heating in the months from October to April
Pool heating must be requested at time of booking.

How do we find the villa and get access?
You will receive directions, maps, and details of access along with your receipt for the final balance  four weeks prior to your arrival at the villa.

During our stay, who is our point of contact for questions or emergencies?
Your first point of contact is the 24 hour contact number direct to our management company. If it is a real emergency then dial 911 emergency services and follow instructions given.

Walk in medical services are located 5 minutes away, south on US 27, towards Haines City.

Do you allow smoking/pets in the villa?
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, smoke detectors will be set off and can alert the local management. No pets are allowed inside
