"Our vacation was excellent. The house was above and
beyond our expectations. We have rented in Tuscan Ridge several times
and this by far was the best. The game room was a bonus we enjoyed. I
was travelling also with a baby and was planning to buy a pack-n-play
when I got there. However there was one in the closet (I was thrilled).
The computer kept us in touch with family as did the phone. Also I was
impressed with the management company leaving a little laundry soap,
dishwasher soap and a garbage bag. This was new to me, before any of the
houses we rented came with nothing. Again, we were thrilled with the
little touches. We are planning to return to Florida in February of
2009."

"For the past two months - Feb. and Mar. 2006, we have called Floridian Villa our home away from home. We arranged for our vacation through the internet after seeing this beautiful home on the owners' website. It seemed too good to be true, but upon our arrival, we found it to be even more charming than the photos showed. The villa is absolutely beautiful, in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. All of the furniture is so comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is any woman's dream, being totally equipped and having top of the line appliances with which to work. The villa has a South facing pool and patio which gets the sun from early morning to late evening, allowing the guests to enjoy their first cup of coffee out there watching the hot air balloons come up over the horizon. Then late afternoon you might have the pleasure of watching the hang-gliders float up with the clouds, and to finish your day, you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the magnificent sunsets. The other homes in the area are all well kept, and present a nice appearance from all views. We have rented property on both sides of the ocean and many in Florida, but have never had the opportunity to live in such luxury at such affordable prices. The owner is wonderful, and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend this villa to any of our family and friends, and have had many visitors during our stay who were equally impressed. In speaking to other people renting in the area, we have learned that our villa offers many more amenities than the others. "I actually wanted to send you a note the minute I arrived
home to share with you my complete satisfaction with your home. One of
the reasons I rented the 4 bedroom home, despite there being only 4
people in my party, was that there was a slight possibility 2 couples
might be able to join us for a few days, which they did. Because the
home is so spacious, well laid out and beautifully maintained, we all
were able to truly relax and enjoy ourselves. The location, so close to
Disney yet so quiet is marvellous. Now that I have been there, I'd
certainly like to be able to convince some of my girl friends to
vacation there at least once a year for a "girls week". I have told many
of my friends and business clients about the home and I will keep all
the contact info in case they ever want to rent from you, as I recommend

"Although we live in Florida, we wanted to have an extended stay near all of the Disney parks. Thank goodness we stumbled upon your villa. Not for a second did we have to sacrifice the comforts of being at home by staying in a crowded, small and noisy hotel. We came home each evening and were able to relax, prepare a meal and enjoy the pool and the sunset. There was not a single detail missing! The kitchen is fully equipped and the living areas are just made for sitting down and making the most of your vacation in the Orlando area. "Just a quick note to thank you for allowing us to stay at
your villa, the home was perfect; the management company were very
helpful. Your home and Tuscan ridge was more than we expected. We would
certainly recommend your home to our friends, and have already done so,
cannot wait until we go back.
"My family and I had a great time in Florida recently, helped very much by the excellent accommodation you provided for us. Location - Tuscan Ridge was close enough to restaurants, malls, and theme parks and with the bonus of quick access to Tampa to the west via I4 and Kissimmee / Orlando via Champions Gate and onto the I4 AT Junction 58. Accommodation Size - Floor plate size was superb with the bonus of 2 large lounge areas. Kids were never under our feet and neither were my parents who came over in early January. Bedrooms - Master c/w en-suite and walk in closet was excellent as was the other double room. 2 number twin rooms were adequately sized for our children Bathrooms - 3rd was a bonus giving each area localised privacy. Great sized Kitchen - Well equipped and good size. Pool - Good size pool with nice furniture. Used daily by all until weather turned from 80's to 60's in the last couple of days. place, for getting to the parks. The inside of the villa was beautiful,
the pool area was excellent, and the view from the back of the villa was
lovely, as you are not over looked. It was easy to get to as access to
both 417 and the I-4 as well as the 192 was well signed. In fact can't
wait to go again."
