 Our
elegant 4 bed / 3 bath Florida villa is situated in an exclusive
development in Tuscan Ridge, Orlando. This luxury vacation home stands
like an
oasis of splendour amongst the fertile rolling greenery. Spacious enough
to accommodate up to 8 guests, yet retaining a welcoming homely feel,
you will instantly fall under its charm the moment you step through the
door.
This fully air conditioned Florida pool home will delight you with its
professionally designed and decorated interior. With soft pastel tones
and deep padded furniture, it will provide a welcome and relaxing
respite after a busy day of theme parks. Cribs and high chairs can be
arranged if needed. Telephones are provided and guests are able to make
local, long distance and International calls at no additional cost.
Inside A brand new Games Room has been installed equipped with high spec
8’ slate bed POOL TABLE, Air Hockey and ELECTRONIC DART BOARD (Soft Tip
Darts) and seating area, Great indoor entertainment for the whole
family!
Lounge (12ft x 13ft)
This
delightful
 lounge is situated at the front of the villa just as you
enter the home. The room has a High vaulted ceiling with fan, and
ceiling lights. The room has been tastefully dressed by interior
designers, and furniture includes a Love Seat, (two seater Sofa) a three
seater sofa coffee table and table lamps for those romantic Evenings.
There is a 27" Sanyo flat screen television, which receives cable, a
DVD/VCR combo to play videos, DVDs, and CDs, for more entertainment when
have provided a PS2 Games station. From the lounge you have easy access
to the dining room.
Dining Room (16ft x 13ft)
The dining room is located near the kitchen, with access to the lounge
and breakfast nook and has a large rosewood dining table with seating
and place settings for six. In this Beautiful room we have installed a
wi-fi enabled desk top computer system with 24/7 unlimited high speed
broadband there is also a printer scanner and faxing facilities.
Naturally, our high speed wi-fi connection means that if you bring your
own wireless enabled laptop, you can surf the internet from anywhere in
the house… or even the pool deck!
Family Room (14ft x 21ft)
 The
first lounge room, or family room, presents guests with a true cinematic
experience, as you and the kids sit back and enjoy a raft of exciting
premium channels on our stunning 53” Panasonic High Def wide screen
cable TV. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s also a DVD player so you
can watch whatever takes your fancy, by choosing your favourite movie
from our extensive library of films. To complete this picture of a high
tech paradise, mood lighting is provided by table top lamps and as with
the rest of our home, this sunny room has ample seating in the
comfortable sofas and easy chairs, and is equipped with occasional
furniture, The Three seater Sofa can fold down to a queen size Sofa Bed
if required.
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom (14ft x 14ft)
This gorgeous master bedroom with decadent king size bed, and quality
bed linens is a haven of relaxation that will welcome you at the end of
a busy Floridian day. With ample drawer space and a cavernous walk in
closet that will satisfy the needs of even the most compulsive shopper,
you will never run out of storage space! We Have also installed a
security safe in this closet so that you may lock all your important
 documents
and monies safely. Other features of this beautiful room include a cable
TV and a sneaky short cut directly out onto the south facing pool deck.
adjoining master bathroom will ensure that you are pampered to within an
inch of your life, featuring as it does, a walk in shower, a Roman style
bath tub, his and hers sinks, hair dryers and a large vanity mirror.
There is also direct access to and from the pool deck, which allows you
the opportunity to slip straight into the shower when you have finally
managed to drag yourself away from the crystal clear waters of our
heated private pool.
Bedroom 2(11ft x 10ft)
second bedroom features a beautiful queen size bed with quality linens,
cable TV, matching nightstands, ample storage and a cooling ceiling fan.
There is access to the second full bathroom, where the services include
a w.c., a bath/shower combo, a sink with vanity and additional storage ~
so there will never be any arguments about who is hogging the
“facilities”!
Bedrooms 3 (13ft x 10ft) and 4 (11ft x 10ft)
 The
remaining two twin bedded rooms are ideally located for the third full
bathroom which contains a
w.c., bath/shower combo, sink with vanity and additional storage. The
twin bedded rooms themselves, like the rest of the home, have been
lovingly styled with two twin beds per room, recessed closets, cable TV,
ceiling fans and ample drawer units.
Pool/ Lanai Area
our stunning, oversized south facing swimming pool, with extended
decking will strike exactly the right
 note
for anyone who fancies a little fun and adventure splashing about in the
shimmering, sun drenched waters. Those who prefer to take the lazy
option and simply top up their suntan, or chill out in the shade of the
lanai, we have provided top of the range loungers and a cool ceiling fan
to enhance your outdoor enjoyment. We even have a weatherproof table and
chairs should you desire a little al fresco dining, and subtle
underwater lighting, which allows you to extend your bathing time to
take full advantage of those laid back, balmy Florida evenings. And
don’t forget your camera, as you will definitely want to capture the
full majesty of each unforgettable Floridian sunset, all from the
comfort of our fabulous pool deck.
Kitchen (13ft x10ft)/Breakfast Nook (11ft x11ft)
 In
the kitchen you could be cooking up a storm as our fully equipped shrine
to all things culinary includes a full size ceramic cooker, microwave,
and huge fridge freezer with ice maker, cold water drink dispen ser,
dishwasher, extractor fan and waste disposal unit. In addition, you will
also find a fresh coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle,
together with all the usual pots, pans, utensils, knives, forks and
glasses etc.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a seating area called the nook for breakfasts
and light snacks it has seating for four, as most guest choose to eat
their light snack outside in the pool area
There is also laundry room, complete with full-size washer and dryer,
laundry basket, iron and ironing board.
